BULGARIA
Investment in Bulgaria
After the collapse of Communism in 1989 Bulgaria struggled under a number of ineffective governments. However, with the introduction of a currency board in 1997 where the Bulgarian Lev was pegged to the Euro, Bulgaria established itself as a politically and economically sound country. Bulgaria was invited to join NATO in 2004 and became a member of the European Union in January 2007 proving that it has successfully transformed itself into a market economy.
The Bulgaria of today offers political stability, strong economic growth and low costs. In addition, the favourable conditions and guarantees for foreign investors that the Bulgarian legal system provides have generated excellent business opportunities and investment growth potential. That is why the country has been attracting an increasing number of investors over the years. Please Download Our Investors Pack
